    ✨ v1.3.43 新增功能

    🆕 站点管理 - 一键强制开启 SSL

    • 操作列新增「强制开启 SSL」按钮（🔐）
    • 一键为站点部署 Let's Encrypt 证书
    • 自动配置 Nginx HTTPS 301 跳转
    • 无需进入 SSL 页面单独配置

    🆕 设置页面 - 管理员密码修改

    • 真正可用的密码修改功能（之前"开发中"）
    • 调用 /api/auth/change-password API
    • 当前密码校验
    • 新密码强度校验（至少 6 位）
    • 修改成功后自动清空输入框 + 状态提示

    🐛 Bug 修复

    • 全局 SQLite busy_timeout 防锁死（v1.3.43+）
      • 长时间运行的查询不再因 database is locked 失败
      • busy_timeout + WAL 模式双保险

    🔧 优化

    • SSL 部署按钮状态提示优化
    • 密码修改接口返回信息更友好
